Abarty Brie 200g (V)
A rich, creamy and delightfully gooey Welsh Organic brie, made in small batches near Aberystwyth.

Cornish Yarg 200g (V)
Beautiful inside and out, with its distinctive nettle rind and crumbly texture. To taste it has a rich butteriness with freshness of lemon.

Isle of Mull Cheddar 200g
A traditional farmhouse cheddar with great character, made with raw milk from the only dairy herd on the Isle of Mull. The cow’s are grass fed and are also given spent grains from the local Whiskey distillery!

Cashel Blue 200g (V)
A superb blue made by the Grubb family near Co. Tipperary - the first farmhouse blue to be made in Ireland! Rich and creamy with a peppery tangy of blue.

Cradoc’s Sea Salt Crackers 80g (V)
Hand-made in Brecon and dusted with Halen Môn salt from Anglesey in Wales.

Cardiff Chutney
