Join us for a journey into pairing cheese with chocolate - what’s not to like!
Since 2022, Carlos Ayala, a third generation Ecuadorian Italian, in partnership with creative Ecuadorian chocolate makers have been on a mission to transform the way we enjoy chocolate. This sensory experience is all about mindful and sustainable consumption of chocolate made with cacao, locally produced and ethically sourced. You will be tasting specialty dark single-origin chocolate, exploring its nuances, aromatic notes and textures.
The evening will begin with a welcome drink and nibbles, followed by 3 Cheese x Chocolate pairings - these will be paired alongside wine, sherry & port! We’ll end the evening with some more delicious chocolate and Ecuadorian tea!
Spaces are strictly limited, so don’t miss out.
Tickets are sold by table, in either tables of 2 or 4, due to our cosy space!
