Since 2022, Carlos Ayala, a third-generation Ecuadorian Italian, has been working with innovative Ecuadorian chocolate makers on a mission to transform the way we experience chocolate.
This sensory tasting celebrates the mindful and sustainable enjoyment of chocolate made with locally produced, ethically sourced cacao. You’ll taste a selection of speciality dark, single-origin chocolates while exploring their distinctive flavours, aromas and textures.
The evening will begin with a welcome drink,, followed by four carefully selected Cheese × Chocolate pairings, each accompanied by wine.
