This is probably one of the best blue cheeses we have tried from Wales for a long time! Made by the same makers as Perl Las but made from local ewe’s milk.
The result is a blue that stands out – a slightly dry, crumbly texture, that still manages to retain the creamy characteristic synonymous to its cousin the Perl Las. It has wonderful layers of flavour – complex, nutty, savoury, and well balanced.
A blue for those blue cheese lovers seeking something a little different!
