Handmade by Caws Cenarth at their dairy farm in West Wales, Golden Cenarth has a nutty flavour and a unique savouriness. It comes ready to eat, but if you prefer things a little gooier, this cheese really comes into its own when baked (20 mins in the oven at 200°C).
