Made by Shepherds Purse in Yorkshire, Mrs Bell's Blue has won over 75 top cheese awards since launching in 1995 and is a favourite of Rick Stein and Raymond Blanc. It's carefully produced in small vats and each cheese is individually salted by hand, then matured for at least 10 weeks. Similar in style to Roquefort but more creamy and mellow.
