Made by brothers Todd and Maugan Trethowan who are famed for making Gorwydd Caerphilly. They turned their hands to making a traditional cloth-bound raw milk cheddar 2 years ago. The result is spectacular – winning Best British cheese at the World Cheese Awards and coming 4th place in the World Cheese ranking! This cheddar has a distinct smooth texture that gently crumbles – the richness of the organic milk leads to initial fruitiness and tangy finish.
