Rollright is wrapped with a spruce bark to ensure its rich, buttery gooey paste does not escape! The bark also gives this cheese distinct alpine notes as you reach the rind.
The cheese is made by renowned cheese maker, David Jowett on the Chedworth Estate, Gloucestershire.
